Every rug is made and shipped for you.

Production

Orders go into production the same business day you check out. Production itself takes 5–10 business days — your rug is printed on polyester chenille, trimmed, hemmed, and packaged.

Transit

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada + Mexico: 5–10 business days
  • Europe + UK: 5–12 business days
  • Australia + NZ: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Tracking

You'll receive an email when your rug ships, with a carrier tracking number. Every order has a private status page you can revisit at any time — the link is in your confirmation email.

Customs and duties

International orders may incur import duties or VAT on arrival, depending on your country. These are charged by your local customs authority and are not included in the checkout total.
