What we collect

To make and ship a rug we need: your name, email, phone, and shipping address (from Stripe Checkout), plus the map region and any refinement notes you gave us. Payment details are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.

What we store

We store your order record (including the generated rug image) and a log of design attempts for up to 3 years, for order support, returns, and tax purposes. AI-generation prompts and feedback text are stored with the design.

Who we share with

  • Stripe — processes your payment.
  • Prodigi — prints and ships your rug (gets your address + the rug image).
  • Google — our AI partner for generating the design (gets the selected map region + your refinement text, if any).
  • Mapbox — serves the map tiles (gets your map pans/zooms, same as any maps site).
  • Resend — sends your transactional emails.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. EU/UK: we respond within 30 days per GDPR. California: per CCPA, you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of any sale of personal info (we don't sell).
