Production takes 5–10 business days after you check out. Shipping depends on where you are — most US orders arrive 3–7 business days after production. International orders typically take 7–14 business days.

Yes — designing and generating is completely free. You only pay when you're happy with the design and proceed to checkout.

You can regenerate up to three times per session, or type in feedback to refine the style ("more trees, bluer water"). If you're still not happy, close the tab — nothing is charged.

We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes are handled by the destination country; your checkout will include any applicable fees.

As long as you can frame it on the map, we can cartoonify it. Parks and waterfronts work beautifully — the AI translates the real landscape into the play-rug language.

Because every rug is made-to-order for a specific place, we don't accept returns on customer-designed rugs. If the rug arrives damaged or there's a printing defect, we'll replace it at no cost — just email us within 14 days.
